DRESSIN UP FOR SOMEONE'S BIRTHDAY...

Hello everyone, here is my card for the TLC challenge today, I know I am a bit late for it. Still, I just had to give my Graduation dress card another look. Thank you Holly for the ODD challenge. LOL I used Jak Heath'S dp again. I just love it!
