VINCENT HAILS THE QUEEN

Here is a card I made for our Queen for the Day/week, she is none other than a very sweet sweet and close friend of mine, Judi (jovialjudi). I did not case a card per say because among alot of things we share, Judi and I share our love of Vince as in Vincent D'Onofrio, so I thought I would make a special card with him and the colors of law & order CI. You can have Vince all to yourself this week Judi, you are the Queen! LOL
